Customer agrees that orders placed are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the rates in effect at the time of the order.

- Payment: Wally’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, Check, COD or Money Order. COD cannot be used on your first order, however; can be used on any order after for an additional charge of $9.00. Terms for payment must be pre-approved.
- Returned Checks: Checks returned because of insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. History of slow payment or bad checks will result in change of payment options.
- Tax Requirements: California new retailers MUST furnish a State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or be billed tax until the certificate is received. (If the first order is taken over the phone, we must have a certificate signed by the owner before the second order is sent). All items sold for personal use must be taxed, even if the individual has a sales tax number on file with us.
- Shipping/Freight Policy: Orders received and processed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. Minimum shipping charge is $9.75 flat rate through FedEx. All orders totaling $350.00 or more receive FREE SHIPPING excluding; Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska. All international orders must get custom shipping quotes for each order placed. Any order placed needing expedited shipment (same day) will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. Wally’s does not allow any 3rd party billing options.
- Freight Damage: Wally’s Natural Inc. damage on arrival policy (DOA) does not cover any physical damages that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a package that is damaged in transit, please follow these instructions; please refuse the package before opening. Please notify Wally’s Natural Inc. within 10 days of shipment receipt.
- Discrepancies: Upon receipt of merchandise, you have 3 business days to communicate any discrepancies, damages or problems. Please check shipments promptly.

Returns: In order to return product you must call and schedule a return with Wally’s Natural Inc. at 1.800.215.1566. Have the following information ready when you call: Company Name, Phone Number, Invoice Number and an outline of the problem.
- There will be NO CASH REFUNDS after 90 days.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned or refused products.
- Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ONLY. Defective products MUST be in original packaging with all original packing materials.
- Expired Products: All expired products will be replaced at No Charge, however; product must be unopened & unused in order to receive replacement product.
- Pricing Policies: All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
